$75K Contribution from Duke Vitality Florida Will help Make Potential Leaders of Engineering and Computer system Science

A $75,000 donation to UCF from Duke Vitality Florida will present essential resources to guidance the transformation of engineering and laptop science students into industry experts and foreseeable future leaders in their fields.

The resources will be applied towards priority parts in the UCF College of Engineering and Laptop or computer Science, specifically in programs intended to create management expertise in pupils, which include UCF’s Engineering Leadership and Innovation Institute (eli2), and UCF’s Senior Layout Boot Camps — coaching workshops for teams enrolled in the Senior Layout capstone system — a requirement for graduating seniors.

The donation adds to a earlier $75,000 grant from the Duke Electricity Foundation to support UCF’s University of Engineering and Computer Science jobs, which includes the Women Excelling in Math and Science mentorship software, Senior Design and style, and diversity, fairness, and inclusion systems.
