Officials say Moscow was driving cyberattack that caused a communication blackout in central Europe.

Russia was guiding a enormous cyberattack towards a satellite world wide web network that took 1000’s of modems offline at the onset of the war in Ukraine, the United States, Britain, Canada and the European Union have mentioned.
